Narrow Woven Tapes (Column)

Our column and tape products used in Big Bag manufacturing can be produced in desired colors and widths of up to 100 mm. Additionally, we offer custom production in special dimensions and colors. The columns are narrow-woven, highly load-bearing, durable, and resistant products. The width of the columns is typically produced between 30 mm and 100 mm as standard. The produced columns have carrying capacities and strength values ranging from 250 kg to 2500 kg. Upon customer request, we also provide special production in conductive monofilament and multifilament materials. Furthermore, all our woven columns have a standard UV resistance value of 150 Kly.

Big Bag Sewing Thread

The threads used in the Big Bag manufacturing process are preferred for sewing operations and fabric sewing. Our sewing threads have high durability features and come in various color options. To ensure smooth and error-free use in sewing machines, our sewing threads contain around 8-12% lubricant.

PP Fibrillated Carpet Yarn

Fibrillated carpet yarn stands out with its essential feature of being 100% recyclable, which is crucial for polypropylene carpet usage. For outdoor carpets, it provides durability and strength. Moreover, it is characterized by its low moisture absorption property. PP fibrillated jute carpet yarn has 40% lower density than natural jute. It can be produced in desired denier and dtex values. Twisted or untwisted production is carried out according to customer demands. The yarn’s consistency ensures efficient production and low elongation property.
